The routine

How the process works

  1. Reserve

Call (360) 665-7925 or tap the booking button. Give us the location, the dates, and a rough headcount.

  2. We bring it and set it up

Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing the direction you prefer.

  3. Ongoing service, then removal

We pump, sanitize, and restock each week, then take the unit away once you let us know the job is finished.

Pump-outs and restocking are part of every rental, every single week.

Adaptable timelines

Keep it for a weekend, a full month, or the whole length of the project.

09 / From the owner

Family-operated, not a chain

We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we make it right that same day.

I track the full schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

Questions we hear often

Q1Are ADA-accessible units available?

They are. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and sufficient space for a wheelchair to turn.

Q2What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q3How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and keep the unit at your location until you call to have it removed.

Q4How much notice do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks lead time works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Q5What should the placement area look like?

Flat, firm ground that a service truck can reach, free of low-hanging wires and set apart from any excavation work.
